Performance Brief Concept Designs

  • Detailed review of all project documentation prepared;
  • Develop the Project Procedures Manual and the Project Management Plan in collaboration with the project stakeholders;
  • Review and assist the project stakeholders to develop, negotiate and agree the Client’s project brief requirements;
  • Tender, assess and appoint all consultants;
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of the concept design (by consultants), development budget and the Client’s milestone programme dates;
  • Obtain Stakeholder approval of the Concept Designs, Budgets and Milestone Programmes;
  • Review and assess services audit reports;
  • Review and assess hazardous materials audits;
  • Review and provide comment on the overall planning, phasing of construction works and provide relevant commentary;
  • Manage and coordinate all consultants required for the concept documentation of the project;
  • Review and provide comment on the identified risks and prepare an risk management plan for the relocation;
  • Assist the Client with negotiations with Local Authorities in regards to any required approvals, with the assistance of the relevant Consultants;
  • Facilitate and minute any meetings required to achieve the above.
